She has consistently been one of the top agents with Compass’s Santa Cruz office, averaging over $20 million in sales volume each year. In 2017, when Compass aggressively recruited her, she went to work discussing things with them and learned more about who they were as a company, and their community and culture. Realizing that this was a company that she wanted to be a part of, Kimberly joined Compass in March of 2017, in Carmel by the Sea, as the founding agent for the Santa Cruz office, and that is when the birth of Surf City Estates began.
