For Kimberly life at home was equally eventful. The Ward children apparently made it their mission to keep the ER in business. Three of four kids made emergency room visits, resulting in a broken finger, a broken leg, and one toe that was thankfully reattached. If hospital visits came with frequent flyer miles, the family would have earned a much-needed vacation.
Thankfully, a family reunion brought plenty of laughter and wonderful memories. Kimberly is ending July with a full heart and one simple request for August: please keep the excitement to real estate and family adventures, and leave the ER out of it.
For Shawndy July was filled with meaningful moments. After five weeks apart, her son finally came home. They celebrated at a San Francisco Giants game, where they walked onto the field before the game and he got to run the bases afterward.
She also spent the Fourth of July in Los Angeles with her daughter, meeting her boyfriend and his family. It was exciting, meaningful, and a little bittersweet to watch her children build lives and relationships of their own.
Professionally, we were honored to be ranked the #1 real estate team in Santa Cruz by sales volume and #2 in transactions in the 2025 RealTrends rankings. This recognition would not be possible without the trust and support of the clients and community we are so fortunate to serve.
With beautiful weather, warm evenings, and unforgettable sunsets, July offered plenty of reminders to slow down and appreciate life on the Central Coast. As August begins, we are grateful for the milestones, the memories, and the quiet beauty in between.
